Advertisement Has Secret Only Visible to Kids

Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk Foundation, or ANAR, is a Spanish organization that helps child abuse victims. This clever advertisement uses lenticular printing to display one message to adults, and an additional message to kids. Watch the video on how it works below!

Lenticular printing works by printing on a grooved surface, so as your viewing angle changes, so does the artwork. Because the installation is at a certain height, they targeted the lenticular to display a warning to adults (or anyone taller than four feet, five inches) which says “Sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.” From the other angle, targeting children under 10 years old, they see bruises on the boy’s face and a different message: “If somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you” with the organization’s phone number.

The true creativity in this ad is that it empowers kids, especially when their abuser very well may be right beside them.
