We offer recurring monthly rates for projects to properly devote our time to our clients for the best outcome. This allows us to schedule projects appropriately, and effectively manage our resources available to keep operations running smoothly.

What is a retainer?

A retainer is a payment in advance, to confirm your order for our services. This allows us to place priority on your job and update your project in our queue.

Can you quote my project?

Absolutely! We’d prefer to give you a quote before taking your retainer – if you haven’t gotten in touch with us yet, please contact us.

Why do you need a retainer?

In the world of creative services, everyone wants their project done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Chasing down payments, however, along with spending time on accounting and billing, is counterproductive to this process. This method allows us to seamlessly process your order quickly and spend more of our resources on what we’re best at – the creative!

What happens when I need more time?

We want to keep your project, and billing, SIMPLE. If we’re running out of time, or need more, we’d be happy to give you the same discounted rate we’ve been working at – so if you pay for one package, but need more time, we’ll add it at the same discounted rate. Once your project is complete, we can even work on a maintenance plan with you to keep getting your discount!

What are your working hours?

We’re based in Denver, Colorado so we’re on Mountain Standard Time, and depending on the year our state does Daylight Savings. Our hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm, these are our standard working hours. Need something later? We’re often able to work late, or early, but outside of our normal working hours generally is “overtime” or at 1.5x our normal rate, unless otherwise arranged.

Can you Rush my project? What is your rush fee?

We can usually accommodate rush projects, but we must arrange and approve them on an individual basis. Generally, working past our normal working hours and/or an expedited priority will be billed at 1.5x our arranged working rate with your project. Don’t worry, we won’t apply a rush rate on your project without your approval, and Rush Fees only apply if you request that the project is rushed and/or done during non-working hours.
